As Referees, we build a reputation. The reputation is based on how well we did in our last match.

The most effective way to build a positive reputation is to learn from each match. Sometimes we get feedback from Mentors or Assessors. But after every match, we should also do a “Referee Self Evaluation”. The following questions will help you as you do your “Referee Self Evaluations”.
