Heartland Soccer’s 7th Annual Awards Gala

The 7th Annual Awards Gala will be an amazing night with something for everyone!

We will again be partnering with Kansas Youth Soccer Association to put on this extraordinary event. Here are the details:

Saturday, February 1st at 6:30 pm

Museum at Prairiefire

5801 W. 135th St. Overland Park.

Tickets $35 (plus fees)

6:30 pm Registration, appetizers, silent auction

7:00 pm Dinner Buffet: includes salad, entree, desserts, water and coffee.

Sodas and alcoholic beverages will be available at the cash bar.

7:45 pm Awards ceremony will begin

There will be free valet services available, however, please bring cash for a tip as this is the valet employees’ primary source of income and is very much appreciated.

Jillian Carroll Letrinko, My KC LIVE Anchor, KCTV5

Jillian Carroll Letrinko is the Color Analyst for the KC Current. Jillian holds her USSF D License and has coached in Heartland for 14 years spending the majority of her time with the KC Athletics Soccer Club.

She grew up in Leawood, KS and was lucky enough to start her soccer career playing in Heartland back in the day when the only fields were at Heritage park. Jillian attended Blue Valley Schools and then St Thomas Aquinas for high school where she was a part of two state championship winning  teams. After high school she played NCAA D 1 soccer at the University of Northern Iowa. After graduating she moved home to KC to pursue her Masters of Educational Administration at University of Missouri, KC and began her teaching career.

Jillian was a Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader from 2010 – 2016 and transitioned into the world of media after stepping away from education in 2017. She was sideline reporter and broadcast host for Sporting KC and hosted for 610am Sports Radio before moving to Wichita, KS to launch a new program on the NBC station, KSN.

Jillian moved home back home to KC in 2023 and now lives with her husband in Brookside.
