Thousands of Soccer Players Arrive to Compete in the Midwest Mother’s Day Classic 2024

Overland Park/Olathe, Kan – May 9, 2024 – Heartland Soccer Association announces the return of the Midwest Mother’s Day Classic from May 10-12. Held at the exceptional Garmin Olathe Soccer Complex and the Scheels Overland Park Complex, the event will feature over 375 teams. The tournament offers teams from across the Midwest an opportunity to engage in high-level competition against other elite youth soccer teams.

Historically, the Midwest Mother’s Day Classic generates an estimated $7.5 million economic impact over the course of the weekend, reflecting its significant contribution to the local economy.

Shane Hackett, Heartland Soccer’s Executive Director, welcomes teams to the ‘Soccer Capital of America.’ He anticipates the tournament’s success, highlighting its significance in showcasing top soccer talent.

The Midwest Mother’s Day Classic will feature live streaming and playback of all matches at the Garmin Olathe Soccer Complex via VidSport, a cutting edge technology provider, setting a new standard for sports streaming in North America.
